I am a sophomore Psychology Major at Rowan University. My GPA is a 3.5 and I'm about to earn my Associates degree in May. Strong suits are Math, English, French, Psychology and Web Design.
Experience
I was never a "professional" tutor but I have always tutored friends and family with various subjects and topics. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing somebody finally grasp an idea or concept. In high school, I took Honors Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus and Calculus. Meanwhile, in college I took Pre-Calculus and Probability & Statistics. For a while, I used to struggle with math. It had gotten really bad to the point where I needed to see a tutor for extra help in third grade. From then on, everything has been able to click. When it came to English, I was very good with grammar and mechanics considering it was drilled into my brain at a young age. I love writing and reading and connecting everything to the bigger picture. I cannot tell you how many essays I have edited and revised over the years. Meanwhile, in high school, I took Psychology for the first time. That is when I decided to major in Psychology. Yes, I am good at Math, but Psychology has always been something that I actually enjoyed. I picked up on it quickly and was interested in learning more. In college, I had taken Psychology 101, Developmental Psychology, and Sociology. This upcoming semester, I will be taking three Psychology courses: Educational Psychology, Personality of Psychology and Abnormal Psychology. French is a very beautiful language that I adore and I spent four years learning about it in high school and was inducted into French Honor Society. I do still wish to go to France and to make use of what I have learned. Finally, Web Design. I have been practicing Web Design since i was nine years old. Granted, I wasn't very good at it but I loved it. It is how I began to learn how to use the codes and began to memorize the codes. In high school, I took Web Design and Advanced Web Design and loved both of them. I flew by both courses with a perfect score and spent most of my time helping other students and sharing tips with my teachers about a few things I had learned over the years. Although I am very good at it, it is moreso a hobby and something I wish to do on the side eventually. I also thought I should mention that in high school, I was involved in many extracurricular activities. I was apart of Renaissance Club, Volunteering Club, Students Move Against Cancer, French Club, French Honors Society and You Are Never Alone club. I was also inducted into the Renaissance Homeroom since freshman year of high school.

Hobbies
I have always had an interest in Astronomy, Web Design, Graphic Design and drawing. I am also a huge animal lover! I work at Petsmart and I absolutely adore it there! In the summer, I love to go kayaking and camping and enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also have an interest in reading and writing and do both of those as a hobby from now and again.
